You can understand the situation of your main jobs by looking at their status. However, for a deeper understanding of the situation, a closer inspection is warranted.
Introduction
In this article, we will guide you through what you should check to gain a clearer understanding of what is happening, and what needs to be done on your side, if necessary.
But first, a quick recap:

⚠️ However, if you see in the step overview, all your step jobs in success and the main job has another status than the "Success" one, please contact us. It might block your Webhook if you have one.

When using the Connect LinkedIn Profile action, you might notice your job getting rescheduled repeatedly, even if you haven't hit your daily limit. Paused: One of your step inside your main job got the “paused” status.
- When a job gets the paused status, it is often related to invalid cookies, you don't have enough credits with your email finder you are using, or outdated API key.

To retry a stopped job, navigate to the main job, then click on the specific step job where you see the Stop Icon. From there, you can retry the job > Actions > Retry.
If the step status displays as 'Not Started Yet,' you won't be able to retry it. In such cases, please contact support, and we'll assist you by launching the step on your behalf. 💪
Why is your workflow/job in Shutdown?
Shutdown: You probably get the error message "All inputs failed. Please correct them before retrying your job." in one of your step or another error message.
