Overview
This automation allows you to load a specific contact list on Hubspot with the list ID.
CAUTION: Please update your HubSpot account before using this automation if you've used HubSpot automations before. (Guideflow: how-to here).

Input
In input, please provide the following field:
- hubspot_list_id - (provide the ILS ID of your list)

Parameters
Max results:
This parameter enables you to define the number of contacts you want to fetch from your list. Note that if you input multiple list IDs the max results will work globally, not for each input.
Hubspot additional fields mapping:
Thanks to the list ID we retrieve the default Hubspot fields which are displayed in the following table. You don't need to map them again:

If you want to add custom fields from your Hubspot list, follow the guide below:
- Click on "Add row" to add a mapping line
- In the "Hubspot_field" column, add the exact naming of your custom Hubspot field
- In the "Captaindata_field" column, name the column as you wish to retrieve it in the outputs (note that if your field name is not the field name required in another step you will need to do a custom mapping
