To avoid back-and-forth emails
- Please provide clarity in your request by clearly stating your question, what you are trying to achieve or when reporting an issue.
- The Workflow/Job URL (not the ID): it should look like https://app.captaindata.co/workflows/xxxxx
If the workflow uses a Google Sheets Spreadsheet, make sure we can access it by inviting us or by making it public.
- We recommend you provide screenshots illustrating your points/issue.
OR make a video using a screen recording tool like loom.com or tella.tv.
So we have the full context and can reproduce the issue if necessary.
If you have a Use Case in mind
- Give us a sample of the data you have (CSV file or your list of inputs)
- Tell us what you want to get e.g: Email of decision makers, sending LinkedIn messages, People and Company data, LinkedIn profiles, extract reviews, etc.
- If possible, to gain a better understanding of what you are trying to achieve, please provide each step you manually undertake to arrive at this data.
