Important Update: Why Google CSE integration doesn't any more work for some of you?
Regrettably, the issue lies beyond our control and is a result of recent alterations on Google's end, impacting our Google Custom Search Engine (CSE) integration.
We have sent a mail not long ago regarding this. According to the Google Custom Search article, link here, on which this robot was created. It seems that since October 5, 2023, new customers attempting to send requests to the JSON Custom Search API limited to the site will receive a 403 error message response.
They have decided to deprecate this feature, the JSON Custom Search API limited to the site, and create a new one called Vertex AI Search. As we were not notified in advance, it was challenging for us to anticipate this change. Consequently, a new robot should be created. You will have more information sooner or later. 💪️
Exclusive to Growth, Scale & Enterprise plans:
To make work this automation, you can now utilize our API key with the bundled credits: Check out this article for more information: Bundled Credits: Use Captain Data's credits on third party integrations.
Reach out to our Sales team at sales@captaindata.co to request activation on your account. 💪

Billing
When you're using workflows that are working with a Google Custom Search, make sure you activated the billing and pay attention to the limits applied. Ok Google?
Head over to Google Cloud Platform Billing
Follow the steps to start your free trial (who does not love free credits):
Next verify your mobile phone.
Then select "Create payments profile"
Link your project
Once you're done and everything is validated from the payment side, head over to Account Management.
It should list all the projects that are linked to this billing account.
You should see the project you used to create the API key previously.
So if you selected the project "API Enrichment", you should see it in the list.
If not, make sure to link the project "API Enrichment" to your billing account.
