Some workflows use a Dropcontact integration.
If you do not have the results you were expecting, most of the time it is because you're running out of Dropcontact credits.
First thing first :
- make sure your API Key is valid 👇
Go to Captain Data, Integration > Dropcontact and double check your API Key against your Dropcontact account 👉more details in this article about setting up Dropcontact.
- check your credits balance on Dropcontact
