Some users experienced errors on their jobs using Google Sheets following our migration.
If it's the case for you, please follow these instructions:
Follow this process:
1. Delete your account on the platform
Go to the Integrations tab and look for your Google Sheets account. Then, click on the delete icon on the right:
2. Go to myaccount.google.com
Look for the Captain Data app and click on“Remove access”:
3. Go back on Captain Data in the Integrations tab
In the Google Sheets integration, click on“Connect a New Account”.
Then, link your account to your user and create a name for your account:
Finally, click on“Configure with Google”and follow the steps.
