Find and use a pre-existing template
90% of the time, your use case already exists as a template 🙂.
To use a pre-existing template, go to the "Templates" section and select the template you want to use by clicking on "Use this Workflow":
Tips: Type useful keywords in the search bar, as for example, from email, from sales navigator, etc, which represent the input you want to set, and select the "Multi-steps Workflows" to get only template with multiple steps.
You can also use the visuals of the logos to help you choose the workflow that might interest you.
When you have selected your template.
You are now in the launch job mode of your workflow. This mode will only enable you to configure a pre-existing template. You won't be able to change application nor automation on the different steps:
Fill in the different sections of the steps and launch your workflow 💪.
Note, there should be no action required to be left in the Helper section to be able to launch your workflow.
Launch your workflow
The launcher has several sections:
- Job name: it is mandatory to be able to launch your workflow
- Configure output data: this will enable you to choose the keys you want in your workflow results
- Job settings: this will precise how you want to launch your workflow (see section below)
You have two options to launch your workflow:
👉 Launch now
If you select this launch option, your workflow will launch immediately.
You can switch on the “Repeat” option as well. This will repeat your job after this launch according to the details you've entered.
Here, the workflow will launch now and repeat every working days during working hours.
👉 Custom launch
This launching mode will launch your workflow later at a specific time.
You’ll be able to select a date and time when you want your workflow to be launching.
You can also activate the repeat mode to schedule a new launch at a specific date and time.
Also, the eligible time mode will precise the days and time when you want your workflow to be repeating.
Here, the workflow will launch on the 8th of November at 9am and will repeat during weekends, on all hours.
