Please Note that:
✅ It works with a personal email (as, @gmail.com, @companydomain.com) and only if you log in on https://login.live.com/
❌ It won't work with https://login.microsoftonline.com/ (enterprise)
- Connect your Outlook Account on Captain Data, here & Make the binding between the Outlook and LinkedIn accounts, following the guide flow below:
*Ensure that the Captain Data extension is activated and that you are logged into your LinkedIn & Outlook Account within the same Chrome session.
You should see the LinkedIn Tab on your Outlook Contacts, like this: (e.g. for Marc Francis) -

⚠️ Important information for new binds or new accounts
Once your Outlook account had been connected to your LinkedIn account like in the tutorial, please wait 2/3 days for the bind to be completely processed and then refresh the account here.
Check on the link below, if your Microsoft is correctly linked to your LinkedIn account:
https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/connected-microsoft-accounts
- You have been disconnected because you made too many requests: stick to no more than 100 requests per day
- Your account is too recent; you should at least send a few emails
- You're also supposed to verify your account the first time you send an email, make sure to go through this step
